Mocha Coffee - How it Differs From Normal Coffee

If we talk about coffee preparation, then one must discuss mocha coffee. These coffee makers are halfway between espresso coffee machines and the drip coffee makers.

A mocha coffee maker machine consists of two metal bodies, which are screwed into the central part, where lies a zone of ground coffee and a filter. Once the coffee is in place, and water is in place than the steam rises through a central tube top, thus going through the mill. Once inside, it reaches a predetermined pressure, and thus it is equipped with a safety valve.

These types of coffee makers are similar in some aspect with the espresso machines and the procedure of preparing in both types are by the difference in pressure or with a layer of ground coffee. However, they differ in the creation of system pressure. The express coffee, the pressure is exerted by a bomb, and the mocha coffee by the water vapor. Another difference is that coffee mocha body is less than the espresso, although it has very similar taste.

Drip type technology makers are available, but there are many types of different products that are available in that product type. The temperature that is achieved in the system is much higher, generally about 100 degree, and that is extracting the coffee in a more optimal coffee and finally giving a more aromatic flavor than the normal filter coffee.

The maintenance of mocha coffee machines is also very cheap and a lot easier. One must always try to hand wash the pot with some delicacy to avoid removing the thin layer of leftover coffee layer that helps in protecting the contact of aluminum from the pot with the water vapors formation.
